HR Data Strategy

Nua is engaged with a large Portland based financial services organization to help them create a HR data strategy.

Currently a myriad of HR tools and data repositories make it difficult for HR to produce the data and information the organization needs.

Nua will help the company identify the data it needs to communicate and will develop a business and technology roadmap to help them achieve these goals.
Nua will conduct sessions across all HR divisions, Finance and Operations to help identify key HR information needed and Nua will then help create and identify the key indicators and metrics which the organization should measure.
Additionally Nua will help evaluate the in-house technologies and market offerings to help determine the best way to deliver those metrics to HR and Operations.

Applicant Tracking Selection

Nua is currently wrapping up the selection process for a new applicant tracking and onboarding system for a local grocery company.

Nua will facilitate selection, negotiation and contract discussions between client and vendor.

Additionally Nua will be responsible for creating an implementation timeline and plan.
