         <description><![CDATA[<p>So ATS's are all the rage it seems -- as we get a new project underway at the <a href="http://www.pdc.us" target="_blank" title="PDC">Portland Development Commission</a>.</p><p>Goals are to get a RFP out quickly, with implementation required to be completed by June. </p><p>Nua will oversee and project manage the effort. <br /></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Nua is engaged with a large Portland based financial services organization to help them create a HR data strategy.</p><p>Currently a myriad of HR tools and data repositories make it difficult for HR to produce the data and information the organization needs.</p><p>Nua will help the company identify the data it needs to communicate and will develop a business and technology roadmap to help them achieve these goals.<br />Nua will conduct sessions across all HR divisions, Finance and Operations to help identify key HR information needed and Nua will then help create and identify the key indicators and metrics which the organization should measure.<br />Additionally Nua will help evaluate the in-house technologies and market offerings to help determine the best way to deliver those metrics to HR and Operations.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Nua is starting an engagement with a Seattle based outdoor retail chain to help design hiring processes and implement ADP's Virtual Edge at its Seattle HQ and its stores and distribution centers across the country.</p><p>Initial work will focus on designing processes to support primarily their HQ hiring and then focus on their retail stores. Currently all retail hiring is done at the store level and is completely paper-based.</p>]]></description>
