Nua will facilitate selection, negotiation and contract discussions between client and vendor.
Additionally Nua will be responsible for creating an implementation timeline and plan.

The organization is facing rapid worldwide growth and needs to understand if it has the right process and technology in place to help the company meet these growth targets.
Nua will conduct a needs assessment to understand both domestic and international requirements and then complete a gap analysis against the current infrastructure.
Additionally Nua will lead comprehensive analysis of product offerings (including Taleo, Vurv, Authoria and Virtual Edge) to determine if there is a viable offering in the marketplace to meet their needs.
