KEEPING KIDS IN THE GAME

how we help

Every season, young players walk away from the game — and most clubs and associations only find out after they're gone. Coaches and parents have plenty of opinions about why kids quit. Surveys tell us what people say. But almost no one can point to the players who are about to leave, in time to do something about it. The information to answer that is already there. It sits in years of registration records — every season a child signed up, every team they played on, every step from one age group to the next. The trouble is it's spread across seasons, systems and spreadsheets, and nobody has the time to make sense of it.

That's where we help.

For years we've helped organizations use their people data to keep their best people. Keeping kids in the game is the same science, pointed at something that matters more. Working with Oregon Youth Soccer Association, we've brought together fifteen years of registration records — across eleven generations of players — to understand the full journey, from a child's first season through their teenage years.

From that, we help you see what was invisible before: which players are most likely to step away, where there's real room to grow, and what actually keeps young people playing. Not guesses. Your own history, read clearly.

So whether you run a single club or a whole state association, we'll help you turn years of records into something simple: more players, staying longer, loving the game.
